March law firm rankings, lists, awards and PR opportunities

Mid-March can be a time when luck is top of mind. 

And while we love a found penny and the random four-leaf clover, we see time and again how law firms never luck into coverage. Instead, they proactively seek out opportunities, and we have the best ones for you this month:

  • Best Lawyers and Ones to Watch deadline to vote for the 2024 edition is March 29.
  • Law360’s 2024 Rising Star SeriesLaw360 “is looking for top legal talent under 40 to be featured.” Attorneys must be under age 40 as of April 30, 2024. Attorneys are not eligible if they have previously been recognized by this award. Submissions are due April 5 by 8 p.m. ET.
  • American Lawyer’s 2024 Industry Awards This award program is now open for all categories, from Corporate Counsel’s Best Use of Technology and Champion of Diversity awards to Attorney of the Year, Legal Services Innovation Award and everything in between. Submissions for the various awards are due either May 5 or May 22.
  • ABA’s 2024 ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources awardThis award “recognizes individuals, entities and organizations that have made significant accomplishments or demonstrated recognized leadership in the environment, energy and natural resources legal areas.” Nominations must be submitted via this online survey form by May 31.
  • Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching in Leadership (International)This international award “recognizes dynamic women who are using their talents and influence to enhance the workplace and world.” Nominations are due May 31.
  • It’s not too late to register for the Legal Marketing Association’s 2024 conference, which will be held April 3-5 in San Diego.
